If you could change one thing about Spain… what would that be?
I would change the laws and enforcement of laws related to start-ups and small business in general, because this could potentially generate (quite quickly) a much healthier economy for all of us.
What is the best thing about living in Spain?
The weather, the proximity to Europe, the relaxed Spanish lifestyle.
What is your favourite Spanish dish?
Paella and albondigas
What is the predominant nationality of your friends in Spain?
British
If you won the Euromilliones – would you still live where you currently are?
Yes, just with a bigger house! I can live wherever in the world I would like to, and I have chosen here. Why move?
If a movie was made about your life – who would play you?
Toby Maguire as he is around the same age, and could put on a decent Canadian accent.
If you had to describe yourself as a sandwich filling… what would you be?
Bacon, it is after all, the tastiest food on earth.
