A Place in The Sun: Fuerteventura

Channel 4’s A Place in The Sun often approaches us to help find people to appear on their television show. This time, Fuerteventura is the area focussed upon, and they are looking for buyers from the UK.

The production team have asked if we can post a message on Spain Buddy for them, with a view to finding someone who who would like to be featured. Could this be you?

They are setting up for the new series of A Place In The Sun: Winter Sun which follows a couple of people (this can be a couple, friends, two family members etc) in the UK who are purchasing properties abroad – either for a holiday home or a relocation. They are currently trying to find people who are looking to purchase a property in Fuerteventura with a budget of about 120k euros and lower.

They are looking at trying to meet with potential participants early next week (in London) and then they would film them actually going out to try and purchase a property on either 19th October – 24th October 2014 (which are the most likely dates) or alternatively it may be 26th October – 31st October 2014 (but this is less likely). The successful applicants would be flown out and would be provided with accommodation for that period whilst the team find them their properties on screen – so the couple would need to be available on those dates.
