Tommy Robinson planning on settling in Spain!
Far-Right racist, anti-immigration campaigner, Islamaphobe, Brexiteer and convicted criminal Tommy Robinson has declared that he plans to settle in Spain.
Shayan Barjesteh van Waalwijk van Doorn / CC BY-SANobody, except perhaps his deranged disciples, can fail to see the irony of Robinson moving to Spain, as reported today in The New European, and a video on his own Twitter feed (we won’t endorse him with a link to it). He claims to be fearing for the safety of himself and his family after an alleged arson attack; an attack that he has failed so far to provide any evidence of, and that we can’t find any evidence of in any media other than his own words.
Robinson’s crimes include…
- 2005: assault occasioning actual bodily harm and assault with intent to resist arrest – 12 months and 3 months imprisonment (concurrent)
- 2011: threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour – 12 months’ rehab, 150 hours’ labour, 3-year football ban, £650 costs
- 2011: common assault – 12 weeks’ prison susp. 12 months
- 2013: possession of a false identity document with improper intention – 10 months’ prison
- 2013: 2 counts mortgage fraud – 18 months’ prison 2017: contempt of court – 3 months’ prison, susp. 18 months
I imagine the Policia Nacional may have an interest in the conviction for using false documentation.

Robinson pleaded guilty at Southwark Crown Court to using someone else’s passport to travel to the United States in September 2012, and was sentenced in January 2013 to 10 months’ imprisonment.
Robinson had used a passport in the name of Andrew McMaster to board a Virgin Atlantic flight from Heathrow to New York.[source] He had been banned from entering the US due to his criminal record. When he arrived at New York’s JFK Airport, customs officials who took his fingerprints realised he was not McMaster. He was asked to attend a second interview but left the airport, entering the US illegally. He stayed one night and returned to the UK the following day using his own legitimate passport – which bears the name Paul Harris.”

Interesting to see when reading that, he also has another alias beside Robinson and Yaxley-Lennon: Paul Harris – where did that come from?
He is also currently facing a serious libel case brought by lawyers acting for a Syrian Refugee (16), Jamal Hijazi. You’ve got to wonder if his running here has more to do with that, than a possibly fictional arson attack?
It doesn’t yet seem to have surfaced where he’s hiding out, no doubt the “expat” (read “immigrant”) jungle drums will start banging soon. The irony of an anti-immigration campaigner becoming an immigrant/refugee beggars belief. Who next? Farage?
“We” don’t want you here Tommy Robinson, Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, Paul Harris (or whatever name you are hiding under). I’m also pretty sure the that the vast majority of our fellow law abiding immigrants here don’t want the likes of you, nor your kind, as a neighbour either.
