Tax Raise in Spain
Due to public spending, the Spanish Government has introduced a temporary tax raise from 24% to 24,75% for 2012 and 2013, on income from rental of your property in Spain.
This is a provisional measure that will affect tax payable on Rental Income. We use (and recommend) Ben Simkins for our tax affairs. You can find out more about tax and how news such as this affects you by contacting Ben via his website at www.taxesonline.es
