Tapas en Maspalomas 2016
After the success of last year, Tapas en Maspalomas 2016 is eagerly anticipated by residents and visitors alike.
The organisers and participating foodies are already working hard to prepare for the event. Last year the success was fantastic, but the change of location and extra goodies planned are expected to smash those attendance figures out of the water.
As mentioned, the venue is different this year, and will be held in the newly refurbished Parque Europeo in Playa del Inglés on Gran Canaria.
The event is on from 7pm until late on Friday December 2 and offers a fabulous range of cuisines.
There will be a whole host of activities on offer, all following the theme for this year which is “flavours of the world”.
Food from all over the world will be available including: Ireland, Finland, Germany, several Asian countries, Americans, Morocco, Middle East, North Africa, Russia and South America, among others. Of course Canarian cuisine will also be featured.
There will also be live music, painting exhibitions and loads of stuff to keep the whole family busy for a few hours.
The event has been organised with the cooperation of the Ayuntamiento de San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
More information will be available after a press conference on November 21.
