This must be my second favourite recipe of yours! Though my favourite will always be Alan’s masterpiece of ham and cheese sandwich!!

A sprinkle of sea salt on the tomatoes will help to bring out the juices. I know you said this recipe wouldn’t include any booze but, a glass of vino collapso wouldn’t go amiss ;~)

Check you getting all experimental ;)

Yes – I’ll admit a sprinkle of coarse sea salt wouldn’t go amiss. And as for the vino – well duh!!

Have a good evening Alf xx

A nice sprinkle of Salinas de Janubios’ finest isn’t experimental, it’s essential!! It’s also a lot cheaper than all that fancy schmancy Himalayan or Maldon stuff ( eat yer heart out Delia ) and a damned site cheaper.
I also get a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that I’m saving the planet ‘cos there’re no food miles involved, well, maybe a few killometers. There again that fuzzy feeling could be the booze;-)
As for the vino,I wouldn’t have expected any other answerB-)
