    Does it have to be sherry vinegar? We have about 30 almond trees so looking forward to making this…yummy :D

      Hiya!
      You can use other vinegar of course – but nothing too strong. I used white wine vinegar – only about half the amount. xx

    Great recipe in addition the “ajo” (garlic) has wonderful health benefits and is used for several conditions linked to the blood system and heart, including atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), high cholesterol, heart attack, coronary heart disease and hypertension.
