Costa Teguise is a purpose built resort, and is the island’s oldest. Extremely popular with watersport enthusiasts, this breezy resort has a fiercely loyal group of followers who return year after year.
Costa Teguise has its own water park, well established golf course, and a variety of restaurants. Very much a family resort, it is trying to bounce back after being hit by low quality All-Inclusive hotels. We recommend you get out and about, as there are some fabulous eateries about.
The Island’s first golf course is just outside the town and is popular with residents and holidaymakers
Costa Teguise is also the site of the King’s Palace – where the Spanish Royal Family visit regularly, as well as lending it out to other royals and dignitaries from time to time.
SpainBuddy tip: Costa Teguise has a number of beaches, but our favourite is at the end of Punta Jablillo. It’s a sheltered lagoon, with shallow waters just perfect for the kiddies.
