Born a "Norverner", she then spent most of her life "Dann Saff" before moving to Spain in 2006.     Love the way you have given the easy peasy version, and the haute cuisine version too Elle! Fideo pasta, is so versatile, I put it in anything that needs a little bit more ‘substance’ to it. ;-)

      I’m glad you liked it Rosie! I guess you could use the teeny flowers and shells that are usually on the same shelf as the fideo strings too. I haven’t, but I’ll bet they’d be lovely in a tomato soup xx
