January Hotseat – Mitch Mitchell
This month we are starting our expat interviews. Every Sunday (and sometimes in between) we will be featuring someone who lives in Spain… and asking just a few simple questions.
The first person to plonk themselves in our hotseat, is Mitch. Mitch was instrumental in getting Alan to a level of fitness in Spring 2012…. ready for his walk across the Canary Islands – the Siete Islas. Mitch provides Personal Training on the Island of Lanzarote (our previous home for 6 years). He also organises all inclusive fitness holidays to the Island. Top bloke!
Mitch has also joined the team as a guest writer – and will be keeping you fit each month with tips and motivation. His first article will be going live in the morning of 5th January – check back then.

Next time we welcome Victoria Twead to the hotseat – check back on the 2nd February!
Elle, along with Alan, is the owner of Spain Buddy and the busy web design business – Spain Web Design by Gandy-Draper.
Born a “Norverner”, she then spent most of her life “Dann Saff” before moving to Spain in 2006. Elle’s loves are Alan, the internet, dogs, good food, and dry white wine – although not necessarily in that order.
