Huercalida 2024
Huercalida 2024 is hitting the streets of Huércal-Overa in Almería province. More than 30 activities, aimed at all ages will be taking place (mainly) in the parks and plazews of the town.
Huércal-Overa brings a wide range of cultural activities to the Huercalense stretts in this year’s repeat of Huercálida: The magic of a summer night.
Councillors for Culture, Ana Martínez, and the Councilor for Youth, Juani Egea, have presented the different activities that will begin next week in the municipality.
“We want our municipality to be filled with joy with the different activities that are part of the Huercalida programming, cultural activities with which to enjoy the summer afternoons and nights in Huércal-Overa,” Martínez explained.
Huercalida 2024 activities
Among the planned activities this year, the Wine Tasting in the Castle and the Horseback Riding through the municipality stand out. Additionally, the popular Verbena that was so well received in the past will be returning.
Cultural activities include concerts with local associations and groups, folklore, theater, musicals, foam festivals in different neighborhoods and districts, children’s entertainment and exhibitions, “with special attention to children and young people who will soon enjoy their well-deserved holidays,” Martínez pointed out.
The Councilor for Culture invites residents “to participate in the different activities scheduled in Huercálida, to enjoy culture and coexistence on these magical summer nights.”
