When did you move to Spain, and where from?
Two years ago from Germany
Who came with you?
My husband and kids
Where in Spain do you live now?
Marbella
Do you work? As what?
Self employed. My company is mental coaching for private, business and sport.
Next to it am I working as naturopath, sport trainer and hypnotherapist in personal trainings.
How are you with speaking Spanish?
I am still learning, I am good in understanding, but I miss some words when I am talking, so need to go on with learning.
If you could change one thing about Spain… what would that be?
The loudness here is very different than in Germany, maybe it could be a bit less.
What is the best thing about living in Spain?
The sun, the people, the lifestyle. I love it to live here, in an international area, behind me mountains and infront the sea.
What is your favourite Spanish dish?
Tapas and seafood
What is the predominant nationality of your friends in Spain?
I don’t have a predominant nationality of friends here, it is very mixed.
If you won the Euromilliones – would you still live where you currently are?
Yes, but I would more travel to other places, because there are so many beautiful places in the world.
If you had to describe yourself as a sandwich filling… what would you be?
A variation of vegetables and fruits. I am versatile and I like to try new things and mix things together to try.

One of the first steps is the complete relaxion of body and mind. Being completely relaxed is the basic technique so the other techniques can unfold with maximum effect. Meditation, Autogenous training, certain physical exercises and other methods are part of mental training as well.
We define Mental training here as techniques to help you to appreciate your own life.

- Squeeze-Analysis
Where are your shortages? What prevents you from reaching your goal? What prevents you from personal success?
Resources
- What are your ablilities your potential? What will you need?
The concept
- The concept includes everything that you will need to reach your goal.
- All contents, units and the schedule.
After your coaching you will be able to use and work with the mental techniques by yourself. You will not need any further assistance with them.
Therefore you will receive a big deal to your mental fitness, which will be useful for other aspects in your life, too.
