The loudness here is very different than in Germany, maybe it could be a bit less.

Yes, but I would more travel to other places, because there are so many beautiful places in the world.
If you had to describe yourself as a sandwich filling… what would you be?
A variation of vegetables and fruits. I am versatile and I like to try new things and mix things together to try.

“We are, what we think. Everything we are, starts with our thoughts. Our thoughts form the world.” (Buddha) Mental training is a large repertoire of techniques, focussing on your mind.
One of the first steps is the complete relaxion of body and mind. Being completely relaxed is the basic technique so the other techniques can unfold with maximum effect. Meditation, Autogenous training, certain physical exercises and other methods are part of mental training as well.
We define Mental training here as techniques to help you to appreciate your own life.
Mental coaching process.
- Setting your goals. You do have a certain goal to reach.
Where are your shortages? What prevents you from reaching your goal? What prevents you from personal success?
- What are your ablilities your potential? What will you need?
- The concept includes everything that you will need to reach your goal.
- All contents, units and the schedule.
After your coaching you will be able to use and work with the mental techniques by yourself. You will not need any further assistance with them.
Therefore you will receive a big deal to your mental fitness, which will be useful for other aspects in your life, too.
