Exhibition in Málaga´s Botanic Gardens: March 2023
If you are visiting Málaga’s Botanic Gardens during the month of March, you are in for a real cultural treat!
The exhibition in Málaga’s Botanic Gardens, titled “Tras el vivir y el soñar,” showcases the work of four English ladies, all of whom live and work in Málaga province. The four ladies have all been firm friends for some considerable time and work in fine art and craft using the mediums of sculpture, ceramics, watercolours and photography.
Linda Gunn-Russell, Judy Farrar, Ann Westley and Yanina Temple have had their work exhibited in many countries around the world and now have come together for the first time to present a group exhibition in their beloved Málaga. It’s a celebration not only of their work but also of their deep and nurturing friendship.
The featured works celebrate the beauty of our natural world, while also demontsrating a deep concern for our planet and the devastating effects of climate change on all life on it. The exhibits use a plethora of media and diverse materials.
“Tras el vivir y el soñar…” will be at the Jardín Botánico – Histórico La Concepción from 3rd-30th March”
Opening hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm (closed on Mondays).
If you are unable to visit the exhibition in person, don’t fret! From the first day of the event you’ll be able to view the works and purchase them, if you like, by visiting the dedicated website HERE.
