Costa Women PING Charity Summer Fashion Show 2019

On Tuesday May 21 2019, Costa Women were delighted to support PING Charity by joining forces with Pamela Morgan, Verna Stewart and their team who produced a summer fashion show and lunch with music, stalls and great prizes at El Campanario Country House.

PING Charity is working with ‘The Girls Agenda’ to build a Women’s Centre in Mansour, near Brikama. The land of 100mt by 100mt is bought already, planning approval is being finalised and help is needed to finance this project.  On the day, attendees made a difference by raising nearly €3,000 (with more coming in); hopefully making a difference to hundreds of fellow sisters in the Gambia! 

3 great designers were showcased as part of the fashion show (including one new Designer to the Costa del Sol). Adele Pearce launched her Angel collection, with Monkirusa and Fairway+blue Fashion Golf Shop sharing their summer collections.

Anne O’Halloran Ryan led the models and produced a professional show with models Adele, Michele, Barbie, Lori and Sue.  Costa Women were also entertained by vocalist Gema Cabanas.
