Our knowledge of the coast and the different developments, areas and public infrastructure, means we can assist the buyer with a specialised, bespoke service which goes beyond just a property search.

From day one, we can provide a detailed selection of properties in suitable areas, according to budget, which will meet the requirements of each individual. Furthermore, we can show you the immediate areas, beaches, promenades, local restaurants and town centres which are equally as important as the property itself. Our aim is to make the whole process as hasslefree and less time consuming as possible. Our research and customer services department will be able to pin point areas and properties based on each individual’s requirements and criteria before they visit Spain. We also have partnerships with local construction companies who are experienced in home adaptations and interior design.
The Property Advisory covers most of the Costa Del Sol, although specialises in the Marbella, Benahavis and Estepona areas. These three towns offer superior infrastructure and high quality developments compared to other areas and therefore our clients have a better choice of property, in nicer surroundings. Wheelchair access has vastly improved over the last few years in areas such as San Pedro de Alcantara, with its wonderful beach promenade and the new Town Centre Boulevard with plenty of space for strolling around and numerous restaurants with outdoor terraces, allowing people to enjoy the climate whilst enjoying drinks and a meal. Our aim would be to show how suitable an area is within the immediate surroundings of a particular apartment complex or villa.
Ever since 2008, all new apartment developments in Spain must adhere to strict legislation concerning wheelchair access and adapted facilities. The Property Advisory has a wide range of property that was built post 2008. Whether it’s an apartment ground floor, a bungalow, an individual villa or a stunning penthouse, there will be several options to choose from. Even if a property doesn’t quite have it all, our partner construction company will be on hand to adapt the home to any standard or specific requirements. Also, if there is no immediate rush to secure a property, there are many brand new, off-plan developments currently for sale all along the coast. Beautifully designed contemporary apartments and villas which can be adapted on floor plans, before they are even built.
As mentioned, our service does not end upon purchase. We have a complete range of services including a specific car hire facility and a rental & property management service which would see the property generate income when not in use. Rental yields tend to be around 4-6% depending on the owners own personal use. New owners can rest assured that the property will be looked after and managed without any hassle. We also recommend a local care agency for anyone who is looking for extra care assistance during their visits.
