We have apartments all around the city to share with over 110 rooms to choose from! Many of them are in the Ciutat Vella (the Old Town) but we also have places in Canovas, L'Eixample, Patraix and in the Universitats area where you can be close to the universities of Valencia.

We have a large mixture of people sharing - from young professionals, people travelling the world stopping in Valencia for a few months and if you are a student (Erasmus or otherwise), you will find many more in Valencia and we can find you a house of like-minded people. We ask that you stay for a month or longer but if you do need a shorter-term let we will try and help you out.

Prices per month range from 150 to 350 euros. Bills are a fixed rate of 35euros/month which covers internet, gas, water, electricity and weekly cleaning. Deposit (which you might hear referred to as 'fianza' in spanish) is one month's rent.

All rooms have a desk, chair, table, sofa, bed (double or single) and some have a television. All apartments share bathrooms and kitchen.

We like pets and within reason we can accommodate in some of the apartments.
