My name is Gus , and more than 20 years ago I studied at the School of Hospitality Hofmann Barcelona only school in Europe whose restaurant has been awarded a Michelin star in 2004. After my time in hotels like the Hotel Arts, Stages in stranger, various restaurants in Barcelona, and after years behind the stove and learning to manage both companies. After many years spent searching for different flavors for the world, I decided to make my dream: Riding my own gastronomic workshop.
