Ecotara specialises in hosting retreats in the Canary islands. The retreat centre is a haven of peace for yoga, pilates, and meditation practitioners. Guests can relax in a beautiful green valley, surrounded by orchards and gardens where organic food is grown. Vegetarian and Vegan food is served. There is a maximum capacity of 18 (including facilitators) and a minimum of 6 to run many retreats. We usually run from 2 day retreats mainly for locals, and up to 10 days and more for teacher trainings. Ecotara is here to facilitate the retreat of your dreams, we can help with special diets, walks in nature, acroyoga or tantra workshops.
