Beautiful Spanish women – Elsa Pataky
Elsa Pataky is featured this week as one of our beautiful Spanish women. Born in Madrid, Elsa is a familiar face in Hollywood blockbusters such as Fast & Furious (5,6 and 7) and is married to Chris Hemsworth.
On July 18 1976, Elsa was born in Madrid to her parents José Francisco Lafuente (a biochemist) and Cristina Pataky Medianu (a publicist).
She went to CEU San Pablo university where she studied journalims while also taking acting classes. A former member of Madrid’s Teatro Cámara de Ángel Gutiérrez, Elsa left there when she was cast as Raquel Alonso in Al salir de clase, a television role that kept her busy for two years.
She went on to star in productions in France and the UK, which launched her onto the international scene. Elsa is familiar face as Elena Neves in Fast Five (2011), Fast & Furious 6 (2013) and Furious 7 (2015), and also starred in the films Snakes on a Plane, Giallo and Give ‘Em Hell, Malone.

Love life
Elsa dated American actor Adrien Brody from 2006 to 2009, and Olivier Martinez in 2009.
She began a relationship with Australian actor Chris Hemsworth in early 2010 and married the Thor actor at the end of that year. They have three children: daughter India Rose and twin sons, Tristan and Sasha. They split their time between Elsa’s native Spain, Chris’ native Australia, and Los Angeles.
Elsa Pataky – the model
Else modelled for the first collection of Time Force’s jewelry line Ultimate Jewel, opposite soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo. She has been on the cover of Women’s Health, Maxim and Elle magazines.
