Beautiful Spanish women- Amaia Salamanca
Amaia Salamanca Urízar, born in Coslada in Madrid to her optician parents, is best known for her portrayal of Catalina Marcos in the Spanish remake of the popular Colombian series Sin Tetas No Hay Paraiso.
She also appeared in such Spanish television series as Grand Hotel and Velvet. Originally, Amaia did not have acting aspirations and participated in ad campaigns for Movistar (formerly Telefonica) and Telecable as well as being in a number of bands – all while studying Business Administration and Law. However, in 2006 she auditioned for a part in SMS and the TV company LaSexta gaver her the part. Since then she has starred in television and movie roles as well as perfoming on stage in The Marquise of O by the German writer Heinrich von Kleist.
She also had an on-screen affair with Miguel Ángel Sylvestre (lucky lady!) in the hit TV series Sin tetas no hay paraiso. She joined him again in the Antena 3 series, Velvet.

- In 2006 Amaia was voted 5th in Maxim’s 100 Most Beautiful Women between Jessica Alba (4th) and Scarlett Johansson (6th).
Personal Life
Amaia has a daughter named Olivia, born on April 9, 2014, fathered by Sevillano Rosauro Varo Rodriguez… and a son named Nacho who was born in September 2015.
She has been in a relationship with businessman Rosauro Varo Rodriguez since 2010 after they met at a party hosted by a mutual friend in Ibiza.Although tremendously busy with both their careers, the couple try to spend as much time togetehr as possible – regularly jetting off to New York and Bali.
Previously, Amaia has allegedly been linked with former footballer and singer Álvaro Benito (frontman of the band Pignoise), footballer Sergio Ramos plus actors Miguel Ángel Silvestre and Mario Casas.
Amaia Salamanca – the Model
Amaia starred in a television commercial for Tampax, although we struggled with why Tampax considered putting a tampon into a man’s hand to be clever advertising.
She has also graced the covers of InStyle, Cosmopolitan, YoDona, Woman, Elle and Glamour magazines among others.
