You’re not alone. The whole point is to fool people… but we like to add a serious element and get people thinking too.
Have a good weekend. Love to Stan x

I earn my living by brokering mortgage deals to non-residents, mainly from the UK. Not impressed Spain Buddy. Not impressed at all

As somebody who deals with financal transactions, I am sure that you and your clients read everything in detail. In this case, the words “April Fool” are at the base of the original article… and our motivations are detailed in this one.
      We stand by our choices.

Ha ha. Nice response Elle :)

Lucky for this person they didn’t mention their business name.

You’d think the key skills for a mortgage sales person might include

        1. The ability to read, disseminate and understand information
        2. Knowing what’s happening in the market
        3. Having a keen eye for small print

        Hilarious :D
