…and the winner of the photography competition 2015 is!
Here’s the winner of the Spain Buddy photography competition 2015.
Congratulations to Anca Cernoschi on the win, for what we think is a wonderful image from Barcelona. She now walks away with the €300 hotel voucher courtesy of our sponsors at Exclusive City Breaks (please take a moment to click on the link and like their Facebook page).
To say that we have been bowled over by the response to the competition and the quality of many of the images submitted is an understatement. In the end it was actually a very close run contest and reaching a final decision was a tough one.
We won’t bore you with the exact details of the ‘scoring system’ the judges used to judge the final entries from our shortlisted selections. But to give you some idea of how close it was… of the top six entries the winner scored just one point more on our scale than the next four.
Thank you to our finalists and everyone who entered, and of course we want to say a massive thank you to our friends at Exclusive City Breaks for sponsoring the competition with such a great prize. A big thank also goes out to my friends and fellow judges Allegra Boverman and Steve Ellaway for their time and expertise.
We hope you’ve enjoyed this as much as we have!
