We are very happy to support the upcoming photographic exhibition in Mojácar, Almería for the next fortnight, featuring images from Colectivo FotoArt.

Photographic exhibition in Mojácar, Almería

“Momentos de Luz3” Photographic Exhibition, Mojácar, Centro de Arte “Mirador del Castillo”, is running from June 1 to June 15 2017.

The exhibition, by Colectivo FotoArt, features both colour and black and white images from the Mojácar area but also as well as places further afield, not only in Almería Province but also various countries around the world. A wide range of photographic subjects can be seen including landscapes, portraits, street photography, and architecture.

The exhibition, which is being staged at the Centro de Arte, Mirador de Castillo, Calle Tico Medina, Mojacar Pueblo, opens on Wednesday 1st June. The exhibition will be open every day from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The Centro de Arte can be found from Plaza Nueva via Cuesta del Castillo.

About Colectivo FotoArt

Members are Elaine Palmer, Emilio Aramburu, Howard Dickson, John Michael, and Rob Palmer.

This is a small group of photo enthusiasts, living in Andalucía, Spain, searching for the perfect image, and the meaning of life.

Colectivo FotoArt is a group of five friends, with diverse backgrounds, who came together through their love for photography. Each of them enjoys the challenge of trying to capture the beauty and character of the people, culture and landscapes of their corner of Andalucía, whilst finding new places to explore and new bars in which to ponder the more important things in life over coffee, wine and beer!

Each member brings their own unique vision and approach to their photography. Artistic and technical skills, combined with the knowledge of the medium, being shared for the benefit of all.

Colectivo members can boast a total membership photographic experience of more than 150 years! After all these years, the thrill is still to find that perfect image, the extraordinary in the ordinary, that freshness of vision, that moment of light!
