F.A.C.E. announces its autumn programme
F.A.C.E. (Fundraising in Arboleas, Caring for Everyone) are pleased to announce their forthcoming fund raising events through the Autumn up until Christmas.
On Tuesday 19th September at the Bar Kubatin, which is situated underneath the Hostel Meson in Arboleas, there will be a Quiz Night. This will start at 7-30pm. The theme on this occasion will be colours. The quiz master will be Smooth Fm Radio presenter Richard Bond. In addition there will also be a raffle. Entry Fee is €2-50 per person for a team of up to six players. On the 28th October at 7-30pm and on the 29th October at 3-00pm at the Zurgena Municipal Theatre, The Incognito Singers under the musical guidance of David Murphy will be performing Autumn concerts for the benefit of F.A.C.E. Tickets will shortly be on sale at C.A.T. Services (La Alfoquia), Girasol (Albox), One Stop Pools (Albox), and at Total Entertainment (in Albox and Arboleas). Tickets will be priced at only €5 each and once again there will be a raffle at each performance, and F.A.C.E. will also be providing a bar for pre-performance and interval refreshments. These performances should be great entertainment and fun for all the family.
This years diaries will be on sale shortly and will cost only €4. They will be available at various outlets or from any of the F.A.C.E. Committee Members.
The F.A.C.E. Christmas Market will be held on Friday 1st December, probably in a giant marquee in front of the Arboleas Ayuntamiento, although this has yet to be confirmed, It will commence at 6-00pm and during the evening the draw will take place for F.A.C.E.’s Grand Christmas Raffle which will have a first prize of €200. These Raffle tickets will be on sale shortly, priced at €4 for five raffle tickets.
